Shipping

•     Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7 business days before shipping.
•     Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–6 business days, depending on your location.
•     Fast & Secure Delivery: All PCs are shipped with protective packaging to ensure safe transit.
•     Tracking Provided: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number for real-time updates.

At STORMCRAFT PC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange a product, the following policy applies.

Return Authorization (RMA) Requirement

No return will be accepted without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from STORMCRAFT PC. To request an RMA, the Buyer must provide:
•     Proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice Number)
•     Reason for return, exchange, or refund request
•     RMA number issued by STORMCRAFT PC

STORMCRAFT PC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or deny return claims for refund, exchange, or damages.

Returns must be shipped with the RMA number clearly displayed on the shipping label. Any returned products must be securely packed and arrive undamaged. STORMCRAFT PC reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions.

Refunds & Restocking Fees
•     Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
•     A refund may be issued if the PC is received in unused, resalable condition, minus a 10% processing fee.
•     If the returned PC is found to be used, a 15% restocking fee will apply, along with shipping costs both ways (original shipment + return shipment).
•     If the returned PC is found to be damaged due to the fault of the Buyer, additional fees will apply, including:
•          $50 labor fee
•          Cost of damaged parts
•          Applicable restocking and shipping fees
•     If the PC is found to be defective due to STORMCRAFT PC’s fault, a full refund will be issued upon return.

Repairs & Replacements

If a system is sent in for repair or replacement and is found to be damaged due to the fault of the Buyer, the following fees will apply:
•     $50 labor fee
•     Cost of any components that need replacement

This fee must be paid before repair or replacement proceeds.

If, during the repair or troubleshooting process, STORMCRAFT PC determines that a component is defective and needs replacement, we guarantee the following:
•     If stock allows, the replacement part will be new and unused.
•     If a new part is unavailable, a certified refurbished component will be used, guaranteed to be fully functional.
•     STORMCRAFT PC cannot guarantee that the replacement part will be of the same make or model, unless specified in the PC’s original description.
